Multi-Vector Decision Support System for Water Resource Management in Shamli

Geovale Hydro Team has carried out a detailed study for a Sustainable Water Resource management project with the help of its in-house multi-vector decision support system in the Shamli District of Uttar Pradesh. Some of the key services provided were:

• A primary Hydrogeological investigation and identifying aquifer dispositions
• Evaluate Water level scenario pre and post-monsoon and identify groundwater exploited zones
• Developing a Decision Support System (DSS) for groundwater conservation strategy in the concerned area.
• Recommending suitable Groundwater conservation structures like check dams, percolation tanks, Nala bunds etc. for significant groundwater recharge in the area
